A small room just off the altar at St. Roch (who was the patron saint of plague victims) where successfully healed patients leave their part or piece that has been healed, supposedly by the saint. There is a bizarre collection of such items as eyeballs, crutches, false limbs and organs.

Visit the oldest bar in America, built before 1772. It is one of the few remaining original French architectural buildings left standing. This blacksmith shop was operated by the infamous pirate, Jean Laffite, who aided Andrew Jackson in the Battle of New Orleans.
